The warm winter that we are experiencing here in Florida has thrown the fishing calendar in to a blender and spit it out. In shore waters are 6-10 degrees warmer than they normally are this time of year, causing some fish to remain offshore (such as sheepshead) and some to remain inshore (such as large redfish).
I wonder what effect having 2 warm winters in a row like this will have on the breeding patterns of many fish that use weather as a cue to breed?
