In my continuing effort to expand the Species Profile section of Florida Shore Fishing I have just posted a profile of the Whiting.

The Whiting is one of the most frequently caught fish from the Florida surf and is often caught in inlets, bays and harbors. The whiting is popular because of its very lightly flavored white meat.
