I had some time off from work this week and went south to try my hand at peacock bass fishing.. I spent the day walking canals in South Florida and did pretty well!
I landed 6 bass in the first 4 hours and then the sun was high and the bite died off. After it cooled off a bit I went back out and caught two more! None of them were champion sized, but it was the first time I caught any, so I was happy with the trip!
I should be able to post pictures here soon!
